Happy Birthday, Embrace!

This May, we celebrated thirty-four years in business! During the week of May 15th, Embrace employees nationwide marked the occasion by volunteering within their communities as part of our annual Orange Week Celebration. In total, Embrace teammates donated 1,533 hours of labor to charitable organizations across Rhode Island!

The value of community is a fundamental part of who we are as a company. We work together every day to provide quality products and services to our clients, but more importantly, we demonstrate our greater commitment to the communities in which we live by extending a helping hand whenever there is an opportunity. This spirit of giving and focus on social responsibility is integral to the Embrace culture.

In response to community issues, Embrace professionals are called upon to be a part of the solution every day. Our annual Orange Week anniversary celebration merely amplifies our ongoing dedication to improving the world in which we live.

This year, our annual community outreach connected Embrace with a variety of charitable organizations. A few of the volunteer efforts to which we committed this year include:

When we go out into our communities and seek to better them through small acts of kindness, we are creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond who we are as individuals and reflects who we are as an entire brand. Embrace believes in the development of employees as whole individuals; this means we strive to cultivate professionals who are engaged with what is going on around them and take advantage of the resources and tools they have to make a real difference. This compassionate, selfless mindset informs the way we do business, and guides the way in which we build genuine relationships with valued clients.

There's something intrinsically fulfilling that results from knowing, that in some small way, we have been able to make a difference in the lives of others. Embrace professionals are encouraged to make volunteerism a consistent part of their lives, not just once a year during Orange Week, but as often as possible. From within the Embrace community, we have a unique platform to profoundly and positively impact the communities in which we live and work; thus, it is our responsibility to serve those less fortunate than ourselves whenever we are able. After all, at the end of the day, we are often the ones who gain the most from such experiences.
